Because many Pro Force Systems products may be custom-built, fabricated, assembled, specially ordered, or produced for a specific customer, cancellations, returns, and refunds may be limited. Custom, used, installed, modified, or special-order items may not be eligible for return unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Approved returns may be subject to inspection, restocking fees, shipping costs, and condition requirements. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Shipping costs, delivery timelines, freight rates, and carrier availability may vary. Any delivery dates or lead times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.

Pro Force Systems is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, weather, supply chain issues, incorrect delivery information, customer delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery. Any visible damage, missing items, or freight concerns should be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery and reported to Pro Force Systems as soon as possible.
